Sales Policy

Our sales policy contains in depth information about customer orders, stock availability, cancellations, damaged/faulty classifications, terms & conditions on returns, our returns address and how we process refunds. See below for info.
Orders
Upon receiving your payment, we will contact you within 4 working hours to arrange delivery of your product/s.
After payment, we will send you an acknowledgement of your order by email.
Your contract of purchase is not complete until we contact you to notify you that product/s have been dispatched.
Confirmation e-mails are sent from a notification-only address that can't accept incoming e-mail.
If you need to contact us about your order, please do so by email or telephone.
Customer details required for the processing of orders are stored in a database. See our security page on data protection.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of the product/s being delivered.
If you intend to cancel your order, please notify us by calling on 0113 2490496, sending us a message through our contact us page or by writing to us at the followng address:

Damaged/Faulty
If you discover that the product/s you have received from us are damaged, you should notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you discover that the product/s you have received from us are faulty, you should notify us immediately. You have the right to a exact replacement, or an alternative product to the same value, or a refund within 28 days of delivery.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product/s to verify the fault/s or damage. We do not provide cover for faults or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, wear and tear or environmental factors.
Returns
Product/s must be returned to our business address: Bells Domestics, Unit 2, Camart House, 15-19 Cowper Road, Leeds, LS9 7AP.
Returned product/s must be in the same condition as they were supplied.
Transportation costs for the return of product/s is at the customer's expense.
If you want us to collect product/s from your address, there is a £49.99 per product collection fee for this service.
If you want us to collect product/s which are installed/connected, as well as the £49.99 per product collection fee, you are also liable for the cost of uninstallation which is the same value as installation, on a product per product basis.
Customers wishing to perform their own uninstallation on returning product/s do so at their own expense and liability.
We advise all customers to telephone us regarding the return of product/s which have been installed.
Full refunds will not be given for any returned product/s which are incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories. The resale value of the product/s will be determined and a reasonable amount will be deducted from the final refund according to the diminished value.
