We use secure methods to safeguard against data theft. Please read the information below. If you need more information on our policies, please see our policy page

Data Protection
Our pages use an encrypted certificate called a secure socket layer or SSL for short. This SSL encodes any personal information you enter on that page as a complex series of jumbled up letters and numbers, making it impossible for anyone to decipher your important information. This leaves any potential hackers without a single clue about any of your bank/card information. Rest assured that any personal details you enter on our website forms are encrypted and then transmitted safely to a password protected and software shielded database.

How do I know a page is secure?
You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon connected to the beginning of the address bar, or an image of a key in the toolbar at the bottom of your browser screen. Additionally you can look in the address bar and check that the connection to the website starts as "https". The 's' indicates a secure connection has been established. In order to provide an all round safer browsing experience, all our pages are protected through encryption using a high level extended valdation certificate and we are also PCI compliant.

How are credit card details and personal information protected?
Your payment transactions are covered through your card supplier, like Visa or MasterCard, this combined with our in built page encryption ensures your data is properly protected. You can enrol your card in the MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa scheme if you are not already a part of them. This enables you to set a private code for online transactions, giving you added protection against the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card online.

Any personal details you submit, such as name, address, emails and any information we require solely for the completion of orders.
